Art. 19 III.I Grundsatz
1 Der Wohnkanton sichert der Einrichtung des Standortkantons mittels der Kostenübernahmegarantie die Leistungsabgeltung zu Gunsten der Person für die zu garantierende Periode zu. 1) Gemäss Statuten der Konferenz der kantonalen Sozialdirektorinnen und Sozialdirektoren vom 19. Juni 2009 nimmt diese Aufgabe das Generalsekretariat SODK wahr. 2) Aufgehoben am 14. September 2007. 2 Die zahlungspflichtigen Stellen und Personen des Wohnkantons schulden der Einrichtung des Standortkantons die Leistungsabgeltung für die Leistungsdauer.
