Inkasso 1 Die Einrichtung des Standortkantons kann den zahlungspflichtigen Stellen und Personen monatlich Rechnung stellen. Die Rechnungen sind innert 30 Tagen nach Eingang zu bezahlen. 2 Bleiben nach Ablauf der Zahlungsfrist die Überweisungen der Zahlungspflichtigen aus, mahnt die Einrichtung schriftlich. 10 Tage nach Eintreffen der Mahnung beginnt ein Verzugszins von 5 % zu laufen. 3 Bei Inkassoproblemen leistet der Wohnkanton Hilfe.
