1 Nährwert- und gesundheitsbezogene Angaben zu Tagesrationen für gewichtskontrollierende Ernährung sind nicht zulässig. 2 Abweichend von Absatz 1 darf bei Tagesrationen für gewichtskontrollierende Ernährung die nährwertbezogene Angabe «Zusatz von Ballaststoffen» verwendet werden, sofern der Ballaststoffgehalt des Erzeugnisses nicht weniger als 10 g beträgt.
