Art. 35d Anforderungen
1 Ein Mahlzeitersatz für gewichtskontrollierende Ernährung muss die Zusammensetzungsanforderungen nach Anhang 10a erfüllen. 2 Die Zusammensetzungsanforderungen nach Anhang 10a gelten für gebrauchsfertige Lebensmittel, die als solche oder nach Zubereitung gemäss den Anweisungen der Herstellerin oder des Herstellers vermarktet werden.
