Regal 1 Dem Staat allein steht das Recht zu, Salz, Salzgemische mit einem Gehalt von 30 Prozent oder mehr an Natriumchlorid sowie Sole zu verkaufen. 2 Der Staat kann die Ausübung des Rechts durch Vereinbarung3 einer interkantonalen Körperschaft oder Anstalt4 übertragen.
