Période probatoire 1 Les agentes ou agents de sécurité publique sont engagés par la conseillère ou le conseiller d’Etat chargé du département pour une période probatoire de 2 ans, prolongeable d'une année au maximum. Durant cette période, elles ou ils doivent réussir leur formation et obtenir des évaluations correspondant au niveau d'exigence. Source SILGENEVE PUBLIC, 10 2 Si la nomination en tant que fonctionnaire n’est pas demandée au terme de la période probatoire, l’engagement prend fin d’office. L'article 31, alinéa 2, de la loi est applicable par analogie.
