Sicherheits- und Sozialdepartement3) 1 Das Sicherheits- und Sozialdepartement nimmt auf Antrag der Polizeikommandantin oder des Polizeikommandanten die Beförderung von Angehörigen des Polizeikorps vor. 1) SR 312.0 2) GDB 501.1 3) Die Departementsbezeichnung wurde in Anwendung von Art. 11c Abs. 3 des Publikationsgesetzes (GDB 131.1) auf den 1. Juli 2022 (OGS 2022, 20) angepasst. Die Anpassung wurde im ganzen Erlass vorgenommen.
