§ 10¹. Kalapüügi- ja vesiviljelustoodete partii jälgitavuse nõuded
(1) Kalapüügi- ja vesiviljelustoodete partii peab olema jälgitav nõukogu määruse (EÜ) nr 1224/2009 artikli 58 kohaselt. (2) Nõukogu määruse (EÜ) nr 1224/2009 artiklis 58 sätestatud nõudeid ei kohaldata sama artikli lõikes 8 sätestatud juhul.

(1) Kalapüügi- ja vesiviljelustoodete partii peab olema jälgitav nõukogu määruse (EÜ) nr 1224/2009 artikli 58 kohaselt. (2) Nõukogu määruse (EÜ) nr 1224/2009 artiklis 58 sätestatud nõudeid ei kohaldata sama artikli lõikes 8 sätestatud juhul.
