Kalandusturu korraldamise seaduse (RT I, 05.12.2014, 1) § 12 lõike 1 alusel tunnustatud tootjaorganisatsioon loetakse käesoleva seaduse alusel tunnustatud tootjaorganisatsiooniks.
§ 87. Tunnustatud tootjaorganisatsioon
Kalandusturu korraldamise seaduse (RT I, 05.12.2014, 1) § 12 lõike 1 alusel tunnustatud tootjaorganisatsioon loetakse käesoleva seaduse alusel tunnustatud tootjaorganisatsiooniks.
