Art. 10 Widerruf der Installationsbewilligung
Die Installationsbewilligung wird widerrufen, wenn: a) die Voraussetzungen für ihre Erteilung nicht mehr erfüllt sind; b) der Bewilligungsinhaber oder sein Personal trotz Mahnung in schwerwiegender Weise gegen diese Verordnung verstösst.
