Art. 15 Bewilligung für Betriebe
Betriebe erhalten eine allgemeine Installationsbewilligung, wenn sie: a) mindestens eine fachkundige Person (Art. 14) beschäftigen, die in den Betrieb so eingegliedert ist, dass sie die technische Aufsicht über die Installationsarbeiten wirksam ausüben kann; b) Gewähr bieten, dass sie die Vorschriften dieser Verordnung einhalten.
