Art. 7 Bewilligungspflicht
1) Wer elektrische Installationen erstellt, ändert oder in Stand stellt und wer ortsfeste elektrische Erzeugnisse an elektrische Installationen fest oder gesteckt anschliesst oder solche Anschlüsse unterbricht, ändert oder in Stand stellt, braucht eine Installationsbewilligung. 2) Zuständig für die Erteilung sind: a) der Netzbetreiber für allgemeine Installationsbewilligungen (Art. 13 ff.); b) das Starkstrominspektorat für eingeschränkte Installationsbewilligungen (Art. 17 ff.).
