Art. 8 Inhalt der Installationsbewilligung
Die Installationsbewilligung legt fest: a) den Bewilligungsinhaber; und b) bei allgemeinen Installationsbewilligungen für Betriebe die fachkundige Person; oder c) bei eingeschränkten Installationsbewilligungen: 1. die Person, welche die für die Erteilung der Bewilligung verlangte fachliche Eignung besitzt; sowie 2. Art und Umfang der bewilligten Installationsarbeiten.
