Art. 102 Wirkungen der Übertragung
1 Übernimmt ein anderer Staat die Vollstreckung eines Strafentscheides, so sieht die schweizerische Behörde von der Vollstreckung ab, solange der ersuchte Staat nicht mitgeteilt hat, dass er sie nicht zu Ende führt. 2 Zur Sicherstellung seiner Überführung kann der Verurteilte verhaftet werden. 3 Artikel 89 Absätze 2 und 3 gelten sinngemäss.
