Beschwerdeverfahren gegen Verfügungen, die in erster Instanz vor dem Inkrafttreten dieser Änderung getroffen worden sind, richten sich nach dem bisherigen Recht. Eingefügt durch Anhang Ziff. 30 des Verwaltungsgerichtsgesetzes vom 17. Juni 2005, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2007 (AS 2006 2197; BBl 2001 4202).
