Hat der Verfolgte ein Asylgesuch im Sinne des Asylgesetzes vom 26. Juni 1998 gestellt, so ziehen das BJ und die Rechtsmittelinstanzen für den Auslieferungsentscheid die Akten aus dem Asylverfahren bei. Eingefügt durch Ziff. I 3 des BG vom 1.
