Art. 80m Zustellung von Verfügungen
1 Die ausführende Behörde und die Rechtsmittelinstanz stellen ihre Verfügungen zu: a. dem in der Schweiz wohnhaften Berechtigten; b. dem im Ausland ansässigen Berechtigten mit Zustellungsdomizil in der Schweiz. 2 Das Recht auf Zustellung erlischt, sobald die Verfügung, mit der das Rechtshilfeverfahren abgeschlossen wird, vollstreckbar ist.
