Art. 5 Impiego e informazione al pubblico
Impiego 1 Il Municipio decide l'impiego, l'ubicazione e gli organi comunali competenti per la videosorveglianza. L'impiego della videosorveglianza mobile, all'infuori del territorio della Città di Lugano, necessita dell'autorizzazione della competente autorità comunale o cantonale. 2 L'ubicazione della videosorveglianza non deve violare la sfera segreta o privata (art. 179 quater Codice penale svizzero).
