§ 13a
(1) Ordnungswidrig handelt, wer 1. entgegen § 14 Absatz 4 Satz 1 eine dort genannte Berufsbezeichnung führt oder 2. entgegen § 2 Absatz 3a Satz 2 die Berufsbezeichnung des Herkunftsstaats nicht, nicht richtig oder nicht vollständig führt. (2) Die Ordnungswidrigkeit kann mit einer Geldbuße bis zu dreitausend Euro geahndet werden.
