In bürgerlichen Rechtsstreitigkeiten, in welchen durch Klage oder Widerklage ein Anspruch auf Grund dieses Gesetzes geltend gemacht ist, wird die Verhandlung und Entscheidung letzter Instanz im Sinne des § 8 des Einführungsgesetzes zum Gerichtsverfassungsgesetze dem Bundesgerichtshof zugewiesen.
