§ 33. Tegevusloa väljaandmise otsustamine
Tegevusloa väljaandja kontrollib taotleja esitatud dokumente ja andmeid ning teeb otsuse tegevusloa väljaandmise või sellest keeldumise kohta käesoleva seaduse §-s 32 nimetatud dokumentide ja andmete esitamisest alates hiljemalt ühe kuu jooksul.
