§ 1. Andmekogu nimi ja pidamise eesmärk
(1) Andmekogu nimi on elektrooniline mereinfosüsteem (edaspidi andmekogu), inglise keeles Estonian Maritime Document Exchange. (2) Andmekogu pidamise eesmärgiks on hõlbustada meretranspordiga seonduva informatsiooni edastamist, kogumist ja säilitamist.
