Art. 10 Saldi dell'orario flessibile e recupero delle ore
Norme comuni 4 1 Il saldo dell'orario flessibile consiste nella differenza tra la durata del lavoro giornaliero (8 ore per un grado di occupazione al 1 00%) e il tempo di lavoro effettivamente computato. 2 Gli appositi apparecchi elettronici per il rilevamento delle presenze o strumenti alternativi rilevano i saldi orari. 3 Tutti i superiori sono tenuti a controllare, a scadenze regolari, i saldi orari dei propri collaboratori.
