Inkraftsetzung, Übergangsbestimmung 1 Dieses Reglement wird auf den 1. März 2022 in Kraft gesetzt. Gleichzeitig wird das Reglement für das Befahren von Waldwegen mit Motorfahrzeugen vom 13. Dezember 1999 (Anhang II zum Waldgesetz der Stadt Chur) aufgehoben. 2 Die für das Jahr 2022 von der Abteilung Wald und Alpen bereits vor dem Inkrafttreten dieses Reglements ausgestellten Bewilligungen behalten bis zu deren Ablauf ihre Gültigkeit.
