§ 62. Mitme laeva koormamine
(1) Kui mitu laeva koormatakse ühe laevahüpoteegiga või ühe kasutusvaldusega, tuleb kaaskoormamine märkida iga laeva laevakinnistusregistriossa. Sama kehtib teise laeva koormamise korral tagantjärele juba olemasoleva koormisega ühel laeval. (2) Kaaskoormatise kustumise korral tuleb see kustutada iga laeva laevakinnistusregistriosast.
