Gegenstand 1 Dieses Gesetz regelt ergänzend zum Bundesrecht und den interkantonalen Vorschriften das kantonale Geldspielwesen. 2 Die in Artikel 3 BGS enthaltene Umschreibung der Ausdrücke gilt auch für die Begriffe im kantonalen Recht.
