Abgaben 1 Der Veranstalter von kleinen Pokerturnieren hat eine Abgabe zu entrichten. Diese unterliegt keiner Zweckbindung. 2 Die Abgabe beträgt je nach Grösse des Turniers 1 bis 1000 Franken pro Turnier und Tag und Ort. Sie wird durch die Bewilligungsbehörde (Art. 4) veranlagt. 3 Die Besteuerung des Veranstalters gemäss Steuergesetzgebung bleibt vorbehalten.
