Art. 5a
Massnahmen Genügen Leistung oder Verhalten von Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern den Anforderungen nicht oder werden Pflichten aus dem Arbeitsverhältnis verletzt, so trifft die Anstellungs- oder Aufsichtsbehörde im Einvernehmen mit dem Personaldienst die zur Sicherung des geordneten Aufgabenvollzuges erforderlichen Massnahmen.
