§ 24. Haldusjärelevalve tegija
Haldusjärelevalvet käesolevas seaduses sätestatud töötukassa kohustuste täitmise üle teeb Majandus- ja Kommunikatsiooniministeerium (edaspidi haldusjärelevalve tegija). Haldusjärelevalve tegijal on õigus kaasata haldusjärelevalve tegemisse eksperte.
