§ 12 Übergangsregelung
Nach der Sportbootvermietungsverordnung-Binnen vom 11. Oktober 1996 (BGBl. I S. 1518) ausgestellte Bootszeugnisse gelten ohne förmliche Verlängerung bis zum Ablauf der Gültigkeit des ihnen zu Grunde gelegten Abnahmeprotokolls weiter, wenn eine Kopie dieses Abnahmeprotokolls den Bootszeugnissen beigefügt wird.
