§ 2a Rechtsverordnung mit vorübergehender Geltungsdauer
Der Generaldirektion Wasserstraßen und Schifffahrt wird die Befugnis nach § 3 Absatz 1, auch in Verbindung mit Absatz 2 und 6, des Binnenschifffahrtsaufgabengesetzes übertragen, durch Rechtsverordnung zu Versuchszwecken oder bis zu einer Änderung eine von dieser Verordnung abweichende Regelung bis zur Dauer von drei Jahren zu treffen.
