1 Hydranten dürfen grundsätzlich nur durch die Feuerwehr oder durch Mitarbeitende der StWS bedient werden. 2 Die StWS können die Benützung eines Hydranten zum vorübergehenden Wasserbezug bewilligen. 3 Wasserbezüge ab Hydranten dürfen nur mit fachgerechten und durch die StWS erstellten Installationen erfolgen, die im Brandfall ohne Schwierigkeiten sofort entfernt werden können. 4 Für Schäden haften die Verursachenden. 4.
