1 Die StWS liefern, montieren, kontrollieren und unterhalten für jede angeschlossene Liegenschaft einen Wasserzähler. 2 Die StWS bauen auf schriftliches Verlangen und auf Kosten der Kundinnen und Kunden zusätzliche Wasserzähler für besondere Zwecke ein. 3 Die Wasserzähler bleiben im Eigentum der StWS. Ausser deren Mitarbeitenden darf niemand Unterhaltsarbeiten oder Änderungen an Wasserzählern vornehmen oder diese demontieren.
