Kundinnen und Kunden im Sinn dieser Verordnung sind: a. an das Leitungsnetz der WSH angeschlossene Eigentümerinnen und Eigentümer einer Liegenschaft, einer Parzelle sowie Baurechtsnehmerinnen und Baurechtsnehmer; b.
