1 Die StWS erheben einen Leistungspreis als fixe Abgabe und einen Mengenpreis als verbrauchsabhängige Gebühr. 2 Der Leistungspreis bemisst sich nach dem Nenndurchfluss des Wasserzählers. Er ist für jeden installierten, für die Verrechnung der StWS massgebenden Wasserzähler in vollem Umfang geschuldet, unabhängig vom Bezug der Wassermenge. 3 Der Mengenpreis bemisst sich nach der bezogenen Wassermenge in m3 gemäss Anzeige des Wasserzählers.
