1 Die Haupt- und Versorgungsleitungen, alle direkt an diesen Leitungen angeschlossenen Hydranten, die Hausanschlussleitungen im öffentlichen Grund sowie die Wasserzähler stehen im Eigentum der StWS. 2 Die Hausanschlussleitungen im privaten Grund und die Hausinstallationen stehen im Eigentum der Kundinnen und Kunden. 3 Besondere Verhältnisse, wie zum Beispiel die Übernahme von privaten Hydranten und Leitungen, regeln die StWS durch Vertrag und unter Berücksichtigung der massgebenden Werkvorschriften.
