Art. 59 Émoluments
1Les actes émanant du Conseil d’État, du département ou du service n’entraînent pas d’émoluments. 2En cas de non-conformité, d’omission, d’insuffisance ou de manque répété de collaboration, ils peuvent fixer des émoluments jusqu'à un maximum de 2'000 francs.
