Restituzioni imposte pagate e interessi 1 Le restituzioni per imposte pagate ed interessi, nonché le eccedenze d'acconto, possono essere accreditate su altri periodi della partita fiscale del contribuente oppure compensati secondo le regole del diritto civile, fatta riserva dell'art. 6. Su tali accrediti è riconosciuto un interesse rimunerativo al tasso stabilito all'art. 3. 2 Le restituzioni avverranno solo tramite relazione bancaria o postale; a tal proposito, è obbligatoria la comunicazione di un IBAN.
