b) Ausnahme 1 Ein Mitglied der Regierung kann ohne das Vorliegen der Voraussetzungen nach Art. 94i Abs. 1 dieses Erlasses Einsitz in das oberste strategische Leitungsorgan nehmen, wenn: a) der Kanton sich neu an einer Organisation beteiligt oder b) die Organisation einen dringlichen politischen Steuerungsbedarf aufweist. 2 Die Regierung legt dem Kantonsrat eine Einsitznahme nach Abs. 1 dieser Bestimmung zur Genehmigung vor, wenn sie länger als zwei Jahre dauert und in dieser Frist keine gesetzliche Grundlage für die Einsitznahme geschaffen wird.
