Art. 3 Hierarchisierung der PCG
Es gelten folgende Hierarchisierungen: a. Die PCG «Autoimmunkrankheiten (AIK)» ist hierarchisch höher als die PCG «Morbus Crohn / Colitis ulcerosa (MCR)», als die PCG «Psoriasis (PSO)» und als die PCG «Rheuma (RHE)». b. Die PCG «Herzkrankheiten (CAR)» ist hierarchisch höher als die PCG «Hohes Cholesterin (HCH)». c. Die PCG «COPD / Schweres Asthma (COP)» ist hierarchisch höher als die «PCG Asthma (AST)». d. Die PCG «Diabetes Typ-1 (DM1)» ist hierarchisch höher als die PCG «Diabetes Typ-2 (DM2)», als die PCG «Hohes Cholesterin (HCH)» und als die PCG «Diabetes Typ-2 mit Bluthochdruck (DM2+hyp)». e. Die PCG «Diabetes Typ-2 (DM2)» und die PCG «Diabetes Typ-2 mit Bluthochdruck (DM2+hyp)» sind hierarchisch höher als die PCG «Hohes Cholesterin (HCH)». f. Die PCG «Krebs (KRE)» und die PCG «Krebs komplex (KRK)» sind hierarchisch höher als die PCG «Hormonsensitive Tumore (KHO)». g. Die PCG «Krebs komplex (KRK)» ist hierarchisch höher als die PCG «Krebs (KRE)». h. Die PCG «Multiple Sklerose (MSK)» ist hierarchisch höher als die PCG «Krankheiten des zentralen Nervensystems ohne Multiple Sklerose (ZNS)». i. Die PCG «Neuropathischer Schmerz (SMN)» ist hierarchisch höher als die PCG «Chronische Schmerzen ohne Opioide (SMC)».
