§ 3 Vorlage der Geschäftsunterlagen
Der Konzessionsinhaber hat dem Bundesamt für Logistik und Mobilität auf Verlangen seine Bücher und Aufzeichnungen vorzulegen und Auskünfte zu erteilen, die für die Feststellung der Höhe der Konzessionsabgabe erforderlich sind. Überläßt der Konzessionsinhaber das Recht auf Ausübung der Konzession einem Dritten, so obliegen auch dem Dritten die Pflichten aus Satz 1.
