Art. 1 I. Grundsätze
1 Die Stimmabgabe mittels einer elektronischen Abstimmungsanlage kommt bei allen Abstimmungen im Grossen Stadtrat zum Einsatz. Vorbehalten bleibt Abs. 2. 2 Die elektronische Abstimmungsanlage kommt nicht zum Einsatz a) bei geheimen Sitzungen; b) bei Wahlen; c) bei Eventualabstimmungen gemäss Art. 45 Abs. 2 der Geschäftsordnung des Grossen Stadtrats. 3 Bei einem Ausfall der elektronischen Abstimmungsanlage erfolgen die Abstimmungen unter Namensaufruf.
