Art. 1 als Gegenrechtserklärung:3

1 Die vom Kanton Wallis ausgestellten Fähigkeitsausweise für Gastwirte werden im Kanton St.Gallen anerkannt, sofern sie auf Grund einer Prüfung erteilt worden sind und der Bewerber sich einer Ergänzungsprüfung in Gesetzeskunde (Wirtschaftsgesetz) unterzieht.

Art. 2
