Health Protection Agency Act 2004 2004 c. 17 An Act to establish the Health Protection Agency and make provision as to its functions. [22nd July 2004] Be it enacted by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
