Art. 1

Zuständigkeit der Schlichtungsstelle für Miete und nichtlandwirtschaftliche Pacht 1 Die Schlichtungsstelle für Miete und nichtlandwirtschaftliche Pacht ist Hinterlegungsstelle gemäss Artikel 259g Abs. 1 Obligationenrecht2) und genehmigt die Formulare zur Mitteilung von Kündigungen und Mietzinserhöhungen (Art. 266l Abs. 2 und 269d Abs. 1 Obligationenrecht3)).

Art. 2
