Auf Grund des § 35 Abs. 4 des Warenzeichengesetzes in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 2. Januar 1968 (BGBl. I S. 1, 29), eingefügt durch Artikel 2 Abs. 1 Nr. 10 des Gesetzes vom 15. August 1986 (BGBl. I S. 1446), wird bekanntgemacht, daß im Verhältnis zu Ungarn und der Mongolei Gegenseitigkeit bei der Gewährung der Priorität für Dienstleistungsmarken besteht. Diese Bekanntmachung ergeht im Anschluß an die Bekanntmachung vom 24. September 1987 (BGBl. I S. 2255).
