Art. 1

Verwaltungsgericht 1 Das Verwaltungsgericht ist das zuständige Gericht im Sinne von Art. 13 Abs. 1 Bst. b des ViCLAS-Konkordats.

Art. 2

Kantonspolizei 1 Die Polizeikommandantin oder der Polizeikommandant bezeichnet aus dem Polizeikorps zwei Personen als Koordinatorinnen oder Koordinatoren im Sinne von Art. 5 Abs. 3 des ViCLAS-Konkordats. 2 Der Kriminaltechnische Dienst der Kantonspolizei ist Meldestelle im Sinne von Art. 13 Abs. 3 des ViCLAS-Konkordats. 1) GDB 510.7 2) GDB 101.0 OGS 2010, 46 510.711 2.
