Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shall apply to product No 1 of the Annex from 30 April to 31 December 1991 and to product No 2 of the Annex from 1 August 1991. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 18 April 1991.
