The Cooperation Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is hereby approved on behalf of the Community. The text of the Agreement and of the Final Act are annexed to this Regulation.
Propose a changeThe President of the Council of the European Communities shall give the notification provided for in Article 48 of the Agreement (2).
Propose a changeThis Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 26 September 1978. For the Council The President J. ERTL (1) OJ No C 133, 6. 6. 1977, p. 52. (2) The date of entry into force of the Agreement will be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities by the General Secretariat of the Council.
