Art. 1

Besteht kein Vertrag nach Artikel 56 Absatz 1 UVG zwischen Versicherern und Heil- oder Kuranstalten, so ist die mit der SUVA vereinbarte Zusammenarbeits- und Tarifordnung massgebend.

Art. 2

Diese Verordnung tritt rückwirkend auf den 1. Januar 1986 in Kraft.
